This 5th thing has been the hardest so far. I'm still not sure if I got it right or not. I don't know how I can use it in my everyday contact with our patrons. Completely frustrated and confused.
I'm easy to talk to. I listen well and take time to be helpful to others. I pay attention to what others say and how they say it. I have a good sense of humor and usually am quick on the return. I give good back/shoulder rubs.
